Questions we hear from pub groups and multi-site operators
Can each site manager have their own login?
Yes. Invite your managers from Settings and they sign in with their own email. They can work on every venue on the account; only you can change the plan and billing.
What if some of our sites hold fewer than 200 people?
Run the checker for each one. Sites under 200 are probably outside the Act's duties, but many groups still use the same procedures everywhere so every team works the same way.
We have more than 20 sites. Can you help?
Yes. Ask for a short call and we will set the account up with you, import your sites and agree how you want invoices to work.
Do you replace our health and safety consultant?
No. Smallprint covers the Martyn's Law procedures, the team sign-off and the records. It sits alongside your fire risk assessments and existing health and safety work.
